My Wedding Anniversary Message by Pst. Ebi Nurseman Isaac

Ebi  Nurseman Isaac
8 October 2017 ·
"My Wedding Anniversary Message by Pst. Ebi Nurseman Isaac" It was exactly on a day like this October 8, 1994 that I got married at the Deeper Life Bible Church International Headquarters, Gbagada, Lagos State. It was a memorable day.
Unlike other Wedding Days where more than 30 couples do participate, only Nurseman Isaac and Esaduvie O. Zudonu were joined in holy wedlock by the officiating Minister Pastor Jerry Asemota, representative of the General Superintendent (Pst. W. F. Kumuyi) After the wedding, we were about walking to my one room apartment situated at Soluyi, Gbagada Phase 3 about 45mins or more journey because I decided not to borrow another person's car: when brother Israel Oyeniyi, my Co- Full Time Worker in the Transport Department of the Headquarters Church used one of the Church bus ( I perceived it was by the instruction of the Church Authority) and conveyed me, my wife, family members and others to my one room apartment.
There was no reception. I only prepared soup and pounded yam for family members and friends. I was so loved by the G.S., members and leaders and popular in the church because of my sincere commitment to service of God but I deliberately refused printing invitation cards to invite anybody. Neither did I want any gift from small or big men in the church.
Actually, the Friday preceding my wedding ceremony, I was in my usual way, working in the church at Gbagada from morning till about after 11pm. Because after normal closing hour by 5pm I start another assignment by attending to Vetting Committee, Land & Building Committee and Legal Committee at Gbagada the Hqt Church that do last up to 11:30pm every Friday of the week. I have already asked my wife (to be at that time) to come and stay with the Woman Leader at Gbagada because we agreed not to borrow any vehicle to convey her the following day which was Saturday (Wedding Day).
So while the people were being served with the little food I prepared for them after the wedding ceremony, I and my wife went back to the Church HQ, Gbagada for the Saturday's Workers Meeting. I could still remember that we were one o the first people at the workers meeting by 1pm when actually the meeting was to start by 4pm.
But I assured my wife after the wedding on that Saturday that "She should be prepared for God's blessings and favours; as she had already passed all the tests in marrying God's Will.
A month after the wedding we agreed with the landlady to build another room to join the existing room. Thereafter, we bought land at Ikorodu and built 4bedroom flat and packed to our personal building. We bought land again and built school (Nursery/ Primary/ Secondary). We bought cars, buses for personal and school use even to assist people. All is by the grace of God. God gave us four beautiful children a boy and three girls. The first has graduated from University preparing to participate in the NYSC, the second is in the University also while the 3rd and last are about entering University now. We married as Sch. Cert. holders but today we are all graduates even with Post Graduate and Professional Degrees by the grace of God.
We are enjoying our family by the grace of God. Even as I joined the Lord's Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry, Ijesha, Lagos (after spending about 20 years in Deeper Life Bible Church), God
has used our Daddy G.O. (Pastor Lazarus Muoka) to take my family to another level. I appreciate God of Chosen for His grace, mercies
and love. It is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.
Please join us to appreciate God with the wordings of this song by
Easter Brothers Titled "Thank You Lord for Your Blessings on Me" Verse I As the world looks upon me, as I struggle along They say I have nothing, but they are so wrong In my heart I'm rejoicing, how I wish they could see Thank you Lord, for your blessings on me
Chorus There's a roof up above me I've a good place to sleep
There's food on my table And shoes on my feet You gave me your love Lord And a fine family Thank you Lord, for your blessings on me
Verse II Now I know I'm not wealthy, and these clothes ,
they're not new I don't have much money, but Lord I have you And to me that's all that matters, though the world cannot see Thank you Lord, for your blessings on me.

WAY OUT OF ECONOMIC RECESSION IN NIGERIA
In my book titled “Principles and Techniques of Electing Visionary Leaders for Nation Building” published in March 2007, I outlined about 24 identified Socio-economic Problems in Nigeria
and also mentioned the Consequences of Visionary Leadership in a Country which has been published in a number of times in local and national news papers especially Vanguard and Banner Newspapers respectively.
The Identified Socio-economic Problems Referred to are:
(1) Problem of lack of qualitative education for all.
(2) Problem of unstable or epileptic power supply in all parts of the country.
(3) The aged long under development problem of the oil/ gas rich Niger Delta Region.
(4) The problem of not having good transportation system - air, land and sea.
(5) Problem of employment and affordable shelter for all.
(6) Problem of not choosing, appointing or electing the right person to do the right job.
(7) Problem of not giving "Real Situation Report" (RSR) on issues at the local, state and national levels respectively.
(8) Problem of lack of good medical facilities/services.
(9) Problem of lack of security of lives, property and the environment (10) Problem of lack of maintenance culture.
(11) Problem of not recognizing, empowering and utilizing talented
and resourceful persons.
(12) Problem of placing money above integrity and service to humanity.
(13) Problem of deliberate creation of crises situation to benefit a few to the detriment of the common man.
(14) Problem of ineffective supervision of workers and projects with the aim of ensuring compliance, rewarding of faithful workers and punishment of defaulters and indolent ones (15) Problem of lack of portable water for all citizens.
(16) Problem of display of injustice by a so- called leader that breads
crises situation and consequently leads to an ungovernable society (17) Problem of exchanging good ideas by experts to solve identified national problem with pre- determined ideas of selfish leaders that may not solve the problem.
(18) Problem of lack of effective and continuous formulation and implementation of problem solving policies, regulations and laws aimed at promoting the dignity of the citizenry and peaceful co-existence.
(19) Problem of bribery, corruption and indiscipline.
(20) Problem of re-orientating the mind-set of the citizenry to possess the right perspective on people and wealth acquired through dubious ways.
(21) Problem of requiring effectiveness, performance and productivity from workers without providing the necessary working tools and enabling environment which I called 'Pharaohic Leadership and Management Principle'.
(22) Problem of talented and resourceful persons leaving the country to foreign lands and being used by foreign nationals to develop their
countries while economic and political problems remain unsolved in the country.
(23) The problem of various Ministries, Parastatals, professions, agencies, commissions, etc not being able to sincerely and faithfully carry out their legal/ statutory and civic duties/ responsibilities.
(24) Problem of tribalism, ethnicity, nepotism, sectionalism which is resulting to our warring against one another instead of waging am tireless war against Indiscipline and Corruption, Impoliteness, Insubordination, Incorrigibility, Insincerity, Individualism, In hospitality, Inhumanity, Injustice, Inferiority complex and Insensitivity to matters that promote peaceful co-existence and purposeful nation building activities. Consequences of Visionary Leadership in a Country as Stated in the Book
Nigeria is believed to have been blessed by God graciously with abundant human, mineral and natural resources in all the 36 states of the federation including the federal capital territory
(FCT), Abuja, that if prudently managed with result oriented war against corruption and indiscipline can place the country among the top five richest nations of the world. Research on mineral resources deposits in Nigeria reveal that as far as mineral deposits are
concern, Kogi state and next-door Nasarawa state are the most well endowed across the entire country. Kogi state alone has enough deposits of coal to supply all of Nigeria with electricity for 400 years and limestone to keep 3 giants sized cement factories (with over
15million tons annual capacity) operational for an unbroken stretch of 99 years. Next door in Nasarawa state, there are commercial deposits of 25 MINERAL RESOURCES including tantalite, barite, copper, iron ore, tin, coal, columbite, aquamarine etc.
The 2006 census conducted by the National, Population Commission (NPC), places Nigeria population at One Hundred and Forty Million. Let us even assume there are Two Hundred Million people in Nigeria, the federal, state, and local government respectively can, without any stress, budget at least #500, 000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) for each citizen annually. This means #41, 500 (Forty One Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) or $273 (Two Hundred and Seventy Three USD) monthly allowance, (#152 to a Dollar) being 50% for federal, 30% for states and 20% for local government councils contributions to what I call 'Nigeria Citizenship Monthly Allowance Fund'  NCMAF. This has nothing to do with appropriate salary and wages
for those employed in the private or public sector. Neither does this affect any capital project to be carried out in the country in a given year. It should be just one of the benefits as a bonafide citizen of this great country. Who is a visionary leader? A visionary leader in my own definition is someone who identifies the socio-economic problems in a given society and proffers strategic solutions to them within a reasonable time for present and future generations. This means he or she does not explain or describe problems nor rub the
identified problems with vaseline or paint them with different primary or secondary colours for the citizens to see them clearly (feel the pain
more) rather, he uses his resourcefulness, creativity, hard work, diligence and all available resources which are Men, Materials and Money (3Ms) to solve identified problems. In other
words, a visionary leader uses what I call 'Root- tology Approach and not Branch-tology or Stem-tology or Fruit-tology Approach' in solving identified problems. Many people all over the world especially in Africa are in dare need of a visionary President
or Head of government to lead them to the promise land of solving identified socio- economic problems confronting them in their
nations of which Nigeria claiming to be the giant of Africa is not an exception. However, instead of being confused with so many people claiming to have possessed with visionary leadership qualities, it is imperative to look at the consequences or the resultant effects of having a visionary leadership in any given country.
Historical records reveal that some countries of the world had at one time or the other experienced socio-economic problems that resulted to serious famine, depression and deaths. Some people during those periods committed suicide. The United States of America
(USA), Japan, China, Malaysia and even Ghana are living examples. In fact, many Ghanaians in the 80's left their country to neighbouring
countries especially Nigeria for safety, while others died in the process. What shall we say about the sad experiences of the Japanese,
Malaysians and Chinese? But when visionary leadership emerged in those countries and took strategic decisions, things turned around for
good and the evidences are clearly seen. What are the consequences of visionary leadership in a country? In other words, what will be resultant effects of having a visionary leader in a given
country? They are many but let me mention a few of them.
First, there will be uninterrupted power supply throughout the country which is the key to solving other Socio-economic problems. Even in the Bible, the first thing God created was light Second, the citizens of the country who might have left for other countries for safety or any other economic reasons might return home. If the citizens of the country in the Diaspora are not returning home, instead, the remaining ones are still constantly visiting embassies to obtain
visa to travel out, it means visionary leadership has not emerged over the years. Third, talented and resourceful persons in the country will be recognized, empowered and utilized for profitable nation building activities. Fourth, talented and resourceful citizens of the country who are being used by foreigners in developing their countries will return home to assist in nation building and development
activities. Fifth, lip services to the nation's educational
sector which is another vital key to sustainable and improved development of a country will be replaced with sincere and goal oriented investment.
Sixth, there will be high level of technological growth that will lead to decrease in import and increase exports, manufacturing of goods and
services for local and international use. Seventh, there will be strict or uncompromising enforcement of laws and policies on all citizens (complete practice of rule of law) and compliance to set down rules and procedures at all levels of governance. Eight, there will be practice of ‘True or Fiscal Federalism’ where the federating units (states) are statutorily empowered to control their resources (all type of resources) for competitive development and payment of tax where
applicable to the federal government. Last but not the least, indiscipline and corruption in practice and principle will be wiped out in the country while the poverty level of the citizens will be reduced to zero percent. In the introductory part of this book, I said,
critical analysis of the nation's wealth reveal that an average Nigeria can receive a monthly allowance of N41, 500 as one of the
benefits as a bonafide citizen of this great country. The implication is that the Minimum Salary or Wages for those employed either in the
Public of Private sector should be between N150, 000 and N200, 000 per month. Many may have this wrong notion or entertain fear that the N41, 500 Monthly Allowance might encourage laziness in the society. In my opinion, it can only lead to high level of production as people especially talented ones are empowered financially from primary school days in embarking on research activities
to manufacture or event machines and equipment that the nation is importing for production activities. What is the sense of
budgeting over N4 Trillion in a year when between 70 and 80 percent of the amount is going to developed nations through the use and acquisition of technological equipment and services. The question is, when will Nigerians manufacture cars of different type, Air-craft,
Crude Oil Drilling Equipment, Ships, Computer, Television, GSM handsets etc in this country? The people who are manufacturing them do not have two heads. In fact the personal being used in manufacturing some of these equipment/machines as well as rendering technological services are Nigerians in developed countries. I am sure we have such people right in our Country that are endowed with uncommon gifts and talents to move the nation forward but the
absence of empowerment to utilize their talent in the society is negatively affecting their usefulness in the society. When Visionary
Leadership emerges, Socio-economic Problems will naturally fade away to the thin air. We need visionary leaders and the time is now!
It is close to 10 years I published these in my book yet I have not seen any significant effort by the government to correct the problems. The
question is: How can we come out of economic recession? I think solving them is the only way, to not just coming out of this present
predicament but an answer to building a strong and prosperous nation. If we continue to avoid talented and resourceful persons in the country because they are not party loyalists and be talking about this one is a member or not member of PDP or APC etc, we may not come out of this man-made economic and political crisis and under- development in the local, states and the nation in general. After all the biblical Joseph wasn’t even an Egyptian, neither was he a party loyalist but his talent and gifts were recognized, released from prison of limitation and was appointed as the Prime Minister to solve the on-coming famine in the land of Egypt at that time. May God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Ebi Nurseman Isaac, acia

PRINCIPLES AND TECHNIQUES OF APPOINTING VISIONARY LEADERS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BAYELSA STATE

Posted by SAINT MIENPAMO on May 25, 2013

Leadership & Governance Series – Part 2
By: Ebi Nurseman Isaac , ACIA, FIDPM
The Bayelsa State gubernatorial election has come and gone successfully and Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson has been sworn in as Executive Governor. The greatest challenge before His Excellency is appointment of credible personalities into key political offices. The Principles and Techniques of appointing visionary leaders for State development that is discussed below will be of great benefit to this administration because leadership studies has revealed that blame for non-performance and failure or applause and praise for performance and success of a state government is attributed to the Executive governor and not the people appointed to do the work “When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John, (Though Jesus Himself baptized not, but His disciples)” John 4:1,2. In other words, if the people appointed perform excellently the praise will go to the Governor. On the other hand, if they are incapable and fail to perform the blame will equally go to the Governor.
Before we talk on the techniques, it is very important that I remind the populace my own definition or explain the qualities of a visionary leader. Who is a visionary leader? A visionary leader is someone who identified the Socio-Economic Problems in a given society and proffers strategic solutions to them within a reasonable time for present and future generations. This means that he does not explain or describe problems. He does not rub the identified problems with Vaseline nor paint it with different colours for the citizens to see it more clearly rather, he uses his resourcefulness, creativity, hard work, diligence and all available resources which are Men, Material and Money (3Ms) to solve identified problems. In other words, a visionary leader uses what I call Root-tology “Approach and not applying “Branch-tology” or “Stem-tology or Fruit-tology Approach” in solving identified problems.
We find this type of visionary leadership quality in Bible days as exemplified by Joseph. He identified the in-coming famine upon the nation of Egypt and also proffered strategic solutions. In fact, those already appointed and others still wanting political appointments in this few months old Administration should know that these strategic offices are meant for people who can solve the identified Socio-Economic problems in Bayelsa State.
Therefore if you lack the ability to solve them, you do not need to seek for any political office because a nation, state or local government council cannot rise above the level of a leader leading at that particular point in time. More so you cannot give what you don’t have knowing fully that this is a critical moment in the history of Bayelsa State and of course the Ijaw nation in general considering the high level of strategic political moves and calculations in other parts of the country.
At this juncture, let us look at the techniques of appointing visionary leaders for the development of Bayelsa State.
1. PRINCIPLE OF APPOINTMENT BASED ON PERFORMANCE ON CURRENT ASSIGNMENT
This is applicable to current political office holders at local, state and federal levels who have indicated their intention to vie for the same or higher political office. We must allow the common man to carry out Simple Performance Auditing Exercise (SPAE) on the administration and activities of such a political office holder considering the identified Socio-economic problems in Bayelsa state. If the exercise conducted scores the officer between 75 and 100 percent he or she could be considered as a visionary leader. The truth is that a person lacks the moral right to be appointed again to do a job or higher assignment in which failure has been recorded in the course of discharging his current assignment.

The media (print/electronic) should invite such political office holders to tell the public their achievements while in office. They should verify such claims to ensure their authenticity or otherwise. They should also inform the public accordingly and appropriately, using the principle of giving Real Situation Report and not Money Influenced Report that is far from the real issues observed.
2. PRINCIPLE OF APPOINTMENT BASED ON PERFORMANCE ON PAST ASSIGNMENTS
This is applicable to those who have ruled this state before 1999 as well as those who have not been given political office currently, but had at one time or the other participated directly or indirectly in the affairs of government at decision making level; local, state or federal respectively. It is also applicable to those who have held strategic leadership positions in government parastatals, organisations, professional and religious affiliated associations. We must look at the performances in different assignments of such a political office aspirant considering some of the identified major problems that are applicable to their area of jurisdiction. Once again, we must state it clearly that an individual who had failed in previous assignments is most likely to fail if given a bigger or higher responsibility. Therefore, the same Simple Performance Auditing Exercise must be conducted on such a political office seeker. A leader whose past activities reveal that he is incapable, corrupt and a total disappointment to humanity will be a curse to Bayelsa again if given another political appointment.
3. PRINCIPLE OF APPOINTMENT BASED ON PROPER ANALAYSIS OF PARTY/INDIVIDUAL MANIFESTO/MISSION/VISION/POLICIES
In analyzing manifestoes/policies/vision, the following has to be considered. Analyzing them to see whether it is aimed at addressing the identified Socio-economic problems; the time frame to solve them as well as the methodologies to be adopted to execute such programmes.

Another vital point to note in analyzing manifestoes/policies/ visions and policies is the prudent comparison of the past activities of such a person with his stated manifesto and policies. If the previous activities either in his personal, business, appointments etc, contradicts what he or she claim, such a person is not a visionary leader. This is because you cannot wake up overnight and lay claim to have a vision for the country, state or local government. It is expected that before the time of seeking for any political appointment the person in question would have been using his talents, gifts, monies, privileges and position for the development of humanity and pursuance of his vision. His resources would have been used to affect the lives of people positively.

A visionary leader is someone who is pregnant with a burden and passion which results in giving himself to solving identified problems in the society. Therefore, whether he is seeking for political office or not, he should have been involved in strategic activities aimed at realizing his vision.
The late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo has a vision to provide free education to all people with free text books. This was incorporated as one of the cardinal points in his party’s manifesto. Hence he was able to execute it in all the states that won election under UPN (Unity Party of Nigeria) even when he did not emerge as the Nation’s President. I am sure that if Pa Awo is alive today there wouldn’t have been private school system even amongst some religious leaders that is designed for only the rich while the common man’s children are suffering for lack of qualitative education.
Such a visionary leader’s past statements, publications and activities before indicating his interest to seek for political office should be consistent and in line with that vision. Hence he cannot be bought with position or money if that will mean a position mutation from his visions, goals and targets. For example, if your vision is to provide free and qualitative education, your past activities would have been tailored in that line. It means that your resources were being used in promoting education in your immediate environment. This principle is also applicable to other identified economic problems.
PRINCIPLE APPOINTMENT BASED ON SINCERE ATTESTATION/RECOGNITION AND ACCEPTANCE OF UNCOMMON GIFTS/TALENTS IN THE COURSE OF DISCHARGING DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES BY ANALYTICAL PEOPLE
The attestation, recognition and acceptance by analytical people to your uncommon gifts, talents or skills forms part of the criteria to be considered because you cannot hide in the mist of analytical people if you are actually a visionary leader.
The society tends to contact people of visionary leadership qualities when they are in a cross-road and do not know what to do. They contact them to address seeming difficult issues. Even supposed enemies contact them for help or seek for advice when they have come to the end of the road. Only visionary leaders know the way out. Joseph in the Bible stands out as a visionary leader in this regard. When it was crystal clear that a task cannot be done, he was contacted, consulted and released from prison without legal representation and was given the position of a Prime Minister in Egypt. The question is, why was he contacted? It was because Joseph had before this time used his uncommon talents to solve problems affecting the citizens of Egypt in his little corner (brightening the corner where he was) and they took cognizance of him. Some people are ignorant of this truth that God and the world are observing your activities. Sometimes such observations are unknown to you but it is certain you will be remembered if are consistent and don’t give up.
This is a clear state of attestation, recognition and acceptance of a visionary leader with display of uncommon talents to solve identified Socio-economic problems in Egypt at that time. Bayelsa state is in urgent need of visionary leaders who can read between the lines, dream, produce targets and work out the modalities to execute tasks and achieve results. The visionary leader is ideological and practical in getting things done. However, when the people get bored of abnormal situation, they are then pressured to seek and search for normal people to take over the affairs of governance. The normal leaders are the visionary leaders.
The challenge before His Excellency, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, Executive Governor of Bayelsa State and His Deputy, Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah Rtd, is to appoint credible personalities into all political offices. Only and only then the much expected vision of restoration agenda and all-round development of Bayelsa State will be realized just like other performing State Governments.
In conclusion, I would like to say that if Bayelsa State is so strategic to Ijaws, Niger-Delta, Nigeria and the International community then we need visionary, talented and resourceful persons to move the state forward in all its ramifications. The principle of success is “IT IS IN YOUR HAND”. Therefore was a European who lived in centuries past. He claimed to be the most intelligent and wisest person during his life time. A young boy wanting to disprove his claims approached him with a critical question. He took a living butterfly, covered it with his two palms and asked the European: “Tell me whether the butterfly in my hand is dead or alive”. Unknown to the man, the boy had decided the following in his heart. If he says it is alive, he would Squeeze the butterfly to death and prove him wrong. On the other hand if he says it is dead, he would open his hands, allow the butterfly to fly away and still prove him wrong. A large crowd was there to witness this glorious event. The man thought for a while and said to the boy: “The answer is, IT IS IN YOUR HAND; WHETHER THE BUTTERFLY IS DEAD OR ALIVE, IT IS IN YOUR HAND”.

Thereafter he was appointed Transport Administrator, Head of Disciplinary Department, Director of Foreign Missions, (in charge of Foreign Pastors in Africa, Europe, Asia, Middle East, America, Canada etc), Camp Commandant, Coordinator, Concern Professional Group and precisely October 6, 2011 appointed the new Church Administrator by the Founder / General Overseer of the Ministry.

As a School Proprietor: His desire to empower Nigeria youths specially the less privileged educationally made him to established a humanitarian school named Reward Private School (Nursery, Primary and Secondary) and Reward Educational Foundation in the outskirt of Lagos State, Maya, Ikorodu Local Government Area – a vision born out of the legacies of the late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo in year 2000 where he has been using his God-given talents, privileges and resources to provide discounted school fees, free writing and learning materials, scholarships among others which beneficiaries cuts across all ethnic groups in the South-South, South-East, South-West etc irrespective of political and religious affiliations.
Reward Private School which he established is being regarded as one of the best in Lagos State in terms of qualitative education and disciplined life style. The school is equally noted for its regular Excursion / Study visits within and outside Nigeria and has obtained one of the best results in Junior Secondary Certificate Examination (JSCE) in Lagos State 2007 and 2008 respectively. Beside, foundational SSS2 students attempted May/June WASSCE and obtained eight (8) credits including distinctions in Commercial and Science subjects. Reward Private School also became 3rd Place Winner with a Plaque out of one hundred and fifty eight (158) Private Schools during Children’s Day Fun –Fair at the MITV/Star FM, Ikeja, Lagos State in May 27, 2005.
Humanitarian, Intellectual and Ecclesiastical Youth Empowerment Activities
He has been using his wealth of experience on educational advancement in Nigeria as well as re-positioning and re-orientating the mind-set of Ijaw youths in Lagos, Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa-Ibom States respectively to drop the use of gun and embrace the Weapon of Education and the Gospel of Jesus Christ as panacea to the socio-economic and under-development problems in the Oil rich Niger Delta region. He’s noted for his contributions to a peaceful co-existence amongst the major tribes (Ijaw, Itsekiri, Urhobo and Isoko) in the Niger Delta as well as Inter-tribal peaceful co-existence especially between the Ijaws, Yorubas and Ilajes.

His two (2) school buses, cars and personal drivers were used for humanitarian services within the school community and even extended to Ijaw Youth Development Association (IYDA). Also the school premises with all the available facilities were used ‘Free of Charge’ as one of the ‘IYDA Free Tutorial Centers’ for Niger Delta Youths in Lagos.
As the Founding Director for Employment and Empowerment of Ijaw Youth Development Association, he spear-headed among other Executive members the distribution of youth empowerment materials which includes GCE/Jamb Forms, Complete Business Center Accessories etc worth 10 million naira provided by Bayelsa State Government (during Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s Administration as the then Governor through the Assistance of Ambassador (Dr.) Godknows Boladei Igali as the then SSG) transparently to over 5,000 Ijaw youths in the South-West at the National Art Theatre, Lagos and was widely published in the Print and Electronic Media across the nation.
Another historic and unforgettable achievement of Ebi  Nurseman Isaac is the Chevron Nigeria Plc Special Scholarship Award to nine (9) members of Niger Delta Blind Students Association in 2007 which resulted from a meeting he (representative of Comrade Joseph Evah of the Ijaw Monitoring Group) held with top management officials of Chevron at Protea Hotel, Lagos on October 18, 2006, where he logically and analytically presented the demand and needs of the blind students. (details in the 24th December, 2007 edition of Vanguard Newspaper, page 12.)
No wonder, Mr. Azu Akanwa in his capacity as Deputy Chief Sub-Editor of Vanguard Newspaper described him as “one of the generation of Ijaw Intellectuals and a major player in the Niger Delta discourse” as captioned on page 46 of Tuesday edition of August 7, 2007.
Guiding Principle, Resolution and values in Life: His major guiding principle and resolve in life is drawn from a wisdom statement of the General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministries, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi in 1989 saying: “Don’t pass through this world like flying birds without leaving any good mark behind for purposes of influencing present and future generations positively, knowing this that we shall only be remembered by what we’ve done”. His never-given-up principle of applying Root-tology and not Branch–tology, Stem-tology, or Fruit-tology approach in solving identified problems in society and organizations cannot be overemphasized. He’s among the few who believes in the theory which states. ‘Acquiring the Highest Educational Certificate yet filled with Indiscipline lifestyle makes a person contributes next to nothing in the development of Nigeria and society at large’.
Attestation by Leaders of Thought: As a matter of fact, his strategic and goal oriented activities are being attested to by recognized political, religious, and traditional leaders in the country including Chief Dr. E.K. Clark, Chief Alex Ekiotenne, Mrs. Jane P. Alek, Mr. Timi Alaibe, Hon. Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, Ambr. (Dr.) Godknows Boladei Igali, Chief Ben Murry-Bruce, Barr. Festus Keyamo, Barr. Kenneth Narebo, Prof. R.O.A Iyagba, the then Dean, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Lagos. Others include: Dr. Leke Pitan, the then Commissioner of Education, Lagos State, Superintendent John P. Kenebi, one time D.P.O, Ipakodo, Ikorodu, Mr. Ebilate Mac-Yoroki, Mrs. Timi Okara Schiller, immediate past Bayelsa State Liaison Officer, Lagos State, Elder P. Z. Aginighan, Comrade Joseph Evah, Oba Ajibade Mudasiru, just to mention a few.

Marriage and Family Life: He’s happily married (in Holy Wedlock) to Esaduvie of the Zudonu family, Joinkarama, Ahoada West Local Government Area, Rivers State at the Deeper Life Bible Church International Headquarters Gbagada, Lagos on October 8, 1994 and the marriage is blessed with four wonderful children; Pere-ere, Ganren-ere, Pere-Owei and Derepamo-ere.

MARTINS MEEK (A.K.A LET’S GO) MISLEADING INFORMATION, CHARACTER ASSASSINATION AND FALSE CLAIMS ON PASTOR LAZARUS MUOKA, G.O., TLCCRM BY EBI NURSEMAN ISAAC

MARTINS MEEK (A.K.A LET’S GO) MISLEADING INFORMATION, CHARACTER ASSASSINATION AND FALSE CLAIMS ON PASTOR LAZARUS MUOKA, G.O., TLCCRM BY EBI NURSEMAN ISAAC

ATTENTION: Mr. MARTINS MEEK
If you read Acts 18:24-26, you will discover seven (7) characteristics of brother Apollos of Alexandria.
(1) Eloquent in speaking.
(2) Mighty in scriptures.
(3) Instructed in the way of the Lord.
(4) Fervent in spirit.
(5) Spoke diligently the things of the Lord.
(6)Taught diligently the things of the Lord
(7) knew only the baptism of John.
But in verse 26, it says, Aquila and Priscilla having discovered that Apollos was not balanced in the ways of God, took him to themselves and “EXPOUNDED THE WAY OF THE LORD MORE PERFECTLY TO HIM”.
As I took time to study you, your Christian life and activities, it is similar to that of brother Apollos that requires people like Aquila and Priscilla who are well grounded and balanced in the word and ways of God to expound unto you the ways of God MORE PERFECTLY.

Though Apollos was not named brother 'Meek' yet he was meek in spirit and very humble in heart and received the expository and balanced teachings of the ways of God from Aquila and Priscilla hence, he did not crash in his Christian journey and service and was able to fulfill God’s plan and purpose for his life. Psalm 25: 9 says " The meek will he guide in judgement: and the meek will he teach his ways" If you have concluded in your heart and life that YOU KNOW IT ALL and that you don’t need any teaching, counseling, instruction and rebuke from God’s word (2 Tim. 3:16,17), then you may disregard what I am about telling you aimed at correcting your wrong perception on the ways of God, misleading information and false claims about The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries and the General Overseer.

I would have done this one on one, but I deliberately decided to use this same social media you choose to spread your false claims and perception of God’s ways.

One of the favorite scriptures of John Wesley, Founder of The Methodist Church and Holiness Preacher which forms scriptural basis of his dealings with very critical and controversial people within and outside his ministry was Proverbs 26:4, 5 which says in verse 4 “Answer not a fool according to his folly; lest thou also be like unto him. vs 5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit".

*Your claim of the church cheating on your 'Intellectual Property' is false and misleading. This is because you rightly posted in your Facebook page the Letter of Authority Daddy G.O. gave you authorizing Press/ Information and other Departments in the Church to release his messages, teachings, Videos/ Cassettes, Pictures etc in their custody to enable you compile his works into booklet form is a self-revealing fact Daddy G.O. owns the 'Intellectual Property' and not you. Beside, you clearly stated on page 1 of the book titled: "Mark My Words" "This Book 'Mark my Words' is a compilation of statements and prophetic declarations of Pastor Lazarus Muoka, General Overseer of The Lord's Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries".

*Let me also correct this your false claim that the title of the book “Mark My Words" originated from you. From the inception of this ministry till today and till tomorrow Daddy G. O. under the influence and unction of Holy Spirit while preaching or teaching will make prophetic declarations and immediately will tell the audience to "Mark his words, write the day, hour and minute that God Who confirmeth the words of His servant will definitely bring them to pass" Even a week old member of the Church knows this. *Your claim that the Church is not paying for your printing work is false because you do submit quotations and you are being paid for the cost even though most of the time you went ahead to print more than the required copies you were told to print.
*You said you are the one writing for Daddy G.O. This is also false because you only did a compilation of G.O’s messages into a booklet form and declarations/ Crusade Themes to stickers. You have not and cannot write a book on your own and use Daddy G.O’s name as the author. Remember, before those two or three books you compiled from the works of the G.O, the Chosen Press/Information Department has compiled the messages of Daddy G.O.

(1) 'Missing the Focus and Marring the Future'
(2) Warning! God will Destroy Humanity Again'
(3) 'It is Done'
(4) 'Word War'
(5) Ultimate Cure for HIV/Aids'
(6) 'Signs and Wonders of the Age'
(7) 'Marrying God's Will'
(8)'Time of God's Visitation'
(9) 'That Yoke Must Break'
(10) "... And The Enemies Submitted'
(11) 'You are Free'
(12) 'The Finger of God' just to mention a few.

Besides, the Chosen Printing Press on weekly basis publishes G.O.'s messages, and the miracles, signs and wonders recorded during his ministrations in about three different magazines. Mr. Martins, are you saying that those brethren in the Press/ Information Department who are compiling the works of Daddy G O. into books and also recording the testimonies of God of Chosen and publishing them in Chosen magazines will lay claim of intellectual property? How about those in video department, sound/recording section recording the G.O’s messages into video tapes, VCDs and cassettes, are they going to lay claim on intellectual property? What of brethren in Press/Information Department who are busy editing messages of the G.O and publishing them in book form? Would they also tell the world they are owners of the books and demand to share percentage of profit?

Are you telling the world that those 40 men God used to compile His words to make up the Old and New Testament that we now have as the Holy Bible would go and tell God they are the owners of the Bible? In Jeremiah 36:1-4 we are told, "...Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah: and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the Lord, which he had spoken unto him upon a roll of a book' Baruch did same after the wicked king Jehoiakim had burnt the roll - the word of God yet we did not read of Baruch claiming Intellectual Property from prophet Jeremiah. Jer.36:27-28.

We did not read of Baruch railing accusations or speaking evil of Jeremiah (2 Peter 2:10-22; Jude vs 8-13) Mr. Martins, let us even assume you are treated badly in the church (which is not true in this your case in all ramifications) what is the application of 1 Peter 4:12-19 in your life? Instead of being unscriptural in your actions against the Lord's Chosen C.R.M. and Daddy G O., why not exhibit your talent of writing outside the Lord's Chosen C.R.M ( without attaching anything relating to the Lord's Chosen and Pastor Lazarus Muoka, the General Overseer) and make money since the world is too big for you to showcase your talents. Let me assure you that no amount of media attack can hinder or stop the revival in the Lord's Chosen because,

(1) The Lord's Chosen C.R.M. is founded on Jesus Christ - the Rock and the gates of hell cannot prevail against it. Matthew 16:18

(2) Governments in all nations of the world, General Overseers, friends and enemies alike all know this fact in their hearts that God's calling and super abundance anointing and grace is upon Pastor Lazarus Muoka and that he preaches the truth of God's word of holiness without fear or favour and without love of money.( 1Kings 22:16) That is why in secret and open he ( Daddy G.O.) will not allow people who made money in illegal means and those not following the teachings on God's word to pay tithes and offerings or sponsor the work of God in the Lord's Chosen C. R.M.

*Let me also clear this your erroneous belief that because few out of millions of members does things contrary to God's word or offend you in the church does not in any way make Daddy G.O. not a man of God. God Almighty Himself regretted creating human beings (Genesis 6:5,6) Jesus Christ - God the Son chose 12 disciples yet there was one Judas Iscariot. Jesus allowed him to work with Him though He constantly warned him to repent but he refused until he died and went to hell fire. (Jn. 6:70, 71;12:6; 13:27; Matt. 26:21-25 ) No member or leader in the church has the right to teach the General Overseer how to deal with present days Judas Iscariots in the church.(John 21:20-22) We should know that some unbelieving believers, workers and leaders are allowed by God to stay in the church to test and prove the acclaimed Christian virtues, fruits of the spirit and commitment of so-called Christians. As I conclude, may I also ask you these penitent questions:

(1) Are you the one giving the themes, topics of all the messages the G.O uses on Sunday worship services, Thursday Counseling Services, Tuesday Revival hour, Wednesday New Comers Service, Saturday Workers' Meeting/ Bible Study, Crusades, Leaders’ Conferences etc.? It is a well-known fact Daddy writes messages every day in so much that he is struggling with time to preach them to us. Sometimes in Leaders' Conference, he planned to preach 50 messages he has written for one particular conference but for time constraint, he may preach not up to half.

(2) Are you the one writing the introduction and the content- points for the G.O?

You should as well go ahead and tell the world that you are the one who called our Daddy G.O. and established The Lord’s Chosen C.R.M. Tell the world that you are the one giving him power, and wisdom or helping him to daily conquer all human and satanic plots coming against him, family and the ministry all these years.

Tell the world that it is the profit of the two or three books you compiled that the G.O is using to sponsor the Foreign Mission, Crusades within and outside Nigeria almost every week and buying fellowship centers across the world.

Remember you told me sometime last year that you would like Daddy G.O to compensate you by giving you one of his daughters (I don’t know the particular one you were referring to) as a wife for all your labour in the church.

I counseled you as follows:

1. We don’t work for God with the aim of marrying Daddy G.O’s daughter.

2. That type of marriage arrangement is unscriptural and Daddy G.O who preaches, believe and practicing the whole truth of God's word can never be party to such type of arranged marriage.

3. That a real child of God does not make people match-makers in the area of marriage.

Please be sincere to yourself and tell the world the truth. Are you sure these your recent media attacks on the Lord’s Chosen C.R.M. and the General Overseer is not because of your failed attempt to force your way into such unscriptural marriage? Beware and repent! God who called our Daddy G.O is watching you and your likes: for it is written in first Samuel Chapter Two Verse Three "Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogance come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge and by him actions are weighed" And in Daniel 5:27 its says "... Tekel; thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting”. You may decide to retrace your step to avoid God's wrath and anger for touching God's anointed. (Ps.105:15).
